1. Acceptance of Terms
By tapping the link in the SMS from your pharmacy and entering your payment details, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not provide your payment details.
2. Authority to Provide Payment Method
You warrant that:
the card or account you provide is issued to you, or you are otherwise duly authorised to use it; and
you have the authority to permit the Pharmacy to store and charge that payment method.
3. Secure Storage of Details
Your payment details are encrypted and stored only with our PCI‑DSS‑compliant payments partner (Nuvei). The Pharmacy does not retain full card numbers. We take all reasonable steps to keep your information secure in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles.
4. Automatic Charges
You authorise the Pharmacy to debit the stored payment method for products or services supplied to you (or to the patient on whose behalf you act). Charges may be processed automatically on or after supply/dispensing.
5. Notifications of Charges
We will send an SMS each time a debit is made, specifying the amount and brief description. It is your responsibility to ensure the mobile number on file remains current.
6. Receipts & Further Information
Receipts are available on request. Contact the Pharmacy by phone, SMS or in‑store for copies or detailed statements.
7. Updating or Deregistering Your Payment Method
You may cancel this authority or update your card at any time by contacting the Pharmacy. Cancellations take effect once processed by staff (usually within 1 business day). Outstanding balances remain payable.
8. Disputed Transactions
If you believe a transaction is incorrect or unauthorised, notify the Pharmacy within 7 days so we can investigate and, if required, arrange a refund or correction.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Pharmacy is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your payment method where we have complied with these Terms and acted reasonably.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms by posting an updated version at this URL. Any change will apply to new transactions after the effective date shown. Your continued use of the stored payment method constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
