Got a patient calling up asking for a delivery that day? MediDrop has you covered. We’ve built an intuitive, rich menu designed to be opened mid-request. You can SpeedScan dispensed items in, search through a 12-month dispensing history, and also add any custom items as needed.
After creating your delivery request, MediDrop can print a delivery slip to go in a basket in your script queue, ensuring it gets prepared in time for your driver’s run.
For patients who receive the same item(s) on a regular basis — like a weekly/fortnightly/monthly Webster pack run — MediDrop lets you set up a recurring delivery schedule so it’s never something you have to think about again.
Set the delivery frequency, the items, and the preferred day, and MediDrop will automatically generate the delivery request ahead of each run. And if a scheduled delivery is going to clash with a public holiday, you’ll get a 6-month heads-up in advance so you have plenty of time to make alternative arrangements — no last-minute scrambling required.

Create a single Facility Schedule, and you can add individual patients within it. Any changes made at the top level flow down to every patient automatically, and new residents can be added to the schedule as they come on board.
On delivery day, the entire facility shows as a single stop on your driver’s run — no marking off a dozen deliveries to the same address one by one.
