Zephyr Claims – Terms & Conditions of Service

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm the following:

πŸ“Œ What You’re Agreeing To:

  • Zephyr Claims will be provided with your personal details and relevant dispensing history so they can invoice your insurer on behalf of the pharmacy.

  • An account will be created in your name, and the pharmacy will direct invoices to your insurer for payment.

  • You agree to only request medications or products that are directly related to your insurance claim.

  • If your insurer refuses payment for any reason, you understand that you will be personally responsible for paying the outstanding amount within 14 days.

  • You acknowledge that these medications are not free and remain your responsibility if not reimbursed by your insurer.

  • You authorise Zephyr Claims to contact you if needed, to assist with claim-related follow-up or payment recovery from your insurer.

  • All details are handled confidentially and securely, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.

  • Your data will only be used for the purpose of managing your claim and obtaining reimbursement from your insurer.
